Lesson 13: Performance Appraisal and Problem Employees

Today in our LAST CLASS (yay!) we talked about employee evaluations and disciplinary action for employees. I love talking about the experiences that others have had with this. Talking about it made me realize that evaluations are necessary, even though they sometimes just add to the to-do list. How else would you measure your employee's progress? I really feel like I have learned a lot from this course and I enjoyed the discussions.
