Lesson 12: Conflict Resolution

I enjoyed this lesson. We did an activity that forced us to make a decision as a class and resolve conflict. As far as conflict goes, I am usually one that does not care for it and I just try to make peace. I realize that this is not the best way to solve conflict. If I have a conflict with a co worker I need to approach them and we need to come to an agreement. Letting it fester only makes things worse, and always giving in does not help me to progress in my job.
